How long does it take to do site update work?
Our staff work quickly and efficiently. Changing and image or text on a page usually takes less than 15 minutes. Adding a new form or a new page will probably take about an hour. There is a minimum charge of $15 for any support episode.
I know I am going to need website maintenance ongoing but first I need the site to be built. Can you do that?

Do you have to host with us?
No. You can keep the site where it is hosted already
On the Hours per month plan, if I don’t use all my hours, can I carry them forward?
Yes, you can carry forward unused hours for one month only.
What happens if I need more hours than I have paid for in a month?
If you ask for work to be done that will take you over your allowance, we will tell you. You can then either upgrade your plan to a higher number of hours or just pay for the extra hours you need that month at $15 per hour.
